Submission GuidelinesFederal and District of Columbia agencies submitting proposals to the National Capital Planning Commission for review and/or approval are required to forward submission materials according to the guidelines below, which are listed by project type. All submissions must meet the monthly submission deadlines.

Graphics and Other Submission Materials
NCPC encourages agencies to use its electronic submissions process, but will also accept print submissions. Print submissions must include one full-size set of drawings no larger than 33” x 44”; three sets of reduced-size drawings no larger than 11” x 17”; color renderings, if available; and a CD containing all submission materials. All submissions must include a cover letter addressed to Executive Director Marcel Acosta. The letter should state the level of approval sought for the project (e.g., concept, preliminary, final); the Commission meeting date on which the applicant prefers to have the project reviewed; and a point of contact.
