SUBJECT: Notice of Proposed Rulemaking: Child Support Enforcement Program Medical Support

ATTACHMENT: Attached is a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, published in the Federal Register on September 20, 2006 (71 FR 54965), which prescribes requirements for the Child Support Enforcement Program to address medical support coverage in IV-D cases.

SUMMARY: This proposed rule:
