Scars and Marks: Fleming has a scar on his neck under his left ear. He has tattoos on both arms.
Remarks:

In July of 1997, Fleming traveled from Mississippi to the Chicago, Illinois area. He later returned to Mississippi and was seen in Canton. In January of 2000, Fleming was back in Chicago. However, he may have been in Texas in December of 2005. Fleming is a suspected drug user and occasional heavy drinker. He enjoys attending nightclubs.

CAUTION

On April 22, 1996, Sotorious Fleming was indicted in Mississippi for conspiracy to sell cocaine. Fleming was arrested and released on a $100,000 bond, but he failed to appear for his November of 1996 trial. On July 21, 1997, Fleming was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution by the United States District Court, Northern District of Mississippi.
