CAUTION
Eric O'Neil Bolden is wanted for failing to appear for court proceedings in January of 2006, which resulted from his past involvement in illegal drug-related activities. In 2002, Bolden was arrested and plead guilty to drug distribution charges in Selma, Alabama. He was released on his own recognizance and scheduled to appear for sentencing on January 23, 2006. Bolden was also scheduled to testify in court during a co-conspirator's trial on January 6, 2006, but he failed to appear and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest. A federal arrest warrant was also issued on January 8, 2006, by the United States District Court, Southern District of Alabama, after Bolden was charged with violations of conditions of his release. Bolden's whereabouts remain unknown.
