Northern Rocky Mountain Science Center (NOROCK)The Northern Rocky Mountain Science Center (NOROCK) focuses on natural resources in the mountains, wetlands and plains of Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho. Areas of research include conservation requirements for wildlife—including the grizzly bear, bison, and pronghorn antelope; management of wildlife diseases; the consequences of global climate change to mountain ecosystems; and the risk of Northern Rocky Mountain areas to wildfires.
