Compliance assistance provides can help the regulated community comply with environmental regulations with these tools and resources. EPA Regional Compliance Assistance Coordinators can develop and conduct workshops and training sessions, answer your questions, develop and distribute guidance materials and provide on-site compliance assistance.
The Office of Compliance’s Basic Training for Compliance Assistance Providers (BCAP) can help you become familiar with or brush up on your knowledge of EPA’s compliance assistance program. The four-module training course can be taken individually or combined into a one-day classroom course. It is expected to take 60-90 minutes to complete each module.
