Pursuant to your Memorandum entitled "Guidance for the Information Quality Annual Agency Report to OMB" dated October 17, 2003, the following is a brief summary of the status of information quality complaints received by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in fiscal year 2006. The FTC received no information quality complaints in fiscal year 2006, but did complete the appeal process for a complaint that was filed in fiscal year 2005 and in the attached.
