I have worked in the field in one way or another for most of my professional career and come from a family that struggled with a variety of addictions. I believe very strongly that all forms of advertising for all addictive substances should be banned entirely. While the manufacture, distribution and sale of all addictive substances should be legalized they shopuld be closely regulated and controlled. No one, be they an individual, crime family or a corporation should be able to make any unseemly profit from any addictive substance.
