Immediate Office of the Office of Acquisition Management and Policy

The Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Acquisition Management and Policy provides leadership, policy, guidance, and supervision to constituent organizations, and coordinates long and short-range planning. The office also provides technical assistance to the Operating Divisions, evaluates effectiveness of the acquisition, logistics and travel functions, develops pertinent HHS-wide performance standards, and conducts special Departmental initiatives.
