The Contractor Reporting of Operational Workload Data (CROWD) system collects and reports on operational & Contractor workload data and types of claim processed for current Part A & B Contractors.  Summary data from each Contractor dealing with types of claims, overall number of claims, processing cost per claim, and similar information is provided to the CROWD system.
