The TSP mailed Forms 1099-R, Distributions From Pensions, Annuities, Retirement or Profit-Sharing Plans, IRAs, Insurance Contracts, etc., on 1/28/09.   We have also posted copies of these forms in the Account Access section of this  Web site.   To access Form 1099-R online, you will need your TSP account number (or custom ID) and your web password.
