Errata: We have identified a necessary technical correction to Table C in the Addendum of the Prospective Payment System and Consolidated Billing for Skilled Nursing Facilities for FY 2010; Proposed Rule. The Special Care High, Special Care Low, and Clinically Complex categories for RUG-IV indicated in the Notes section that "Signs of depression used for end splits consisted of PHQ score <= 9 or CPS >= 3". The correct language is "Signs of depression used for end splits consisted of PHQ score >=9.5". A corrected table has been included in the Downloads section below.
