The Legislative Library is open to EPA employees only. We are located at: 1200 Pennsylvania Ave., N.W., Ariel Rios North Building, Room 1407, Washington, DC 20460. The Legislative Library is not open to the public but will or is available to answer phone requests.
The Library is responsible for providing legislative research services to assist EPA employees with their daily work as it relates to Congress and legislation.

Hours of Operation
The Legislative Library is open to EPA employees only. Monday thru Thursday 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, excluding holidays.
Borrowing Policy and Interlibrary Loans
Borrowing privileges are generally for EPA program staff (or employees) only.
To locate EPA library and repository materials, you can search the Online Library System (OLS), EPA Libraries’ online catalog. If you have any questions, please call or e-mail the library.

The Legislative Library provide abstract summaries of the Congressional Record each day Congress is in session. Testimony statements of EPA officials testifying before Congress are available on OCIR’s website at: http://www.epa.gov/ocir.
