When Is My Prior Notice Due?
Except for food arriving by international mail, prior notice cannot be submitted more
than 5 days before arrival
Arrival by land via road: PN must be given no less than 2 hours before the food
arrives at the port of arrival
Arrival by air and land via rail: PN must be given no less than 4 hours before the
food arrives at the port of arrival
