Ms. Bishop-Kleweno received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Alaska Pacific University. Prior to joining the Commission, Ms. Bishop-Kleweno spent 25 years with the Regulatory Commission of Alaska and its predecessor agency, the Alaska Public Utilities Commission.
