Vince Beltrami - Denali Commisioner - Alaska AFL-CIO

Vince Beltrami is the newly elected Executive President of the Alaska AFL-CIO, taking over that job in February 2007. He was appointed as a Commissioner in March 2007.

Mr. Beltrami has been a trustee on the Alaska Electrical Pension Trust Fund since 2005 and is a former trustee of the Alaska Electrical Health & Welfare Trust Fund.

He also worked as a business representative for the IBEW from 1998-2003 and was statewide director of the Alaska Joint Electrical Apprenticeship and Training Trust from 2003 through 2006.

In 1991, Mr. Beltrami graduated with a BA in journalism and public communications from the University of Alaska, Anchorage. He is also a graduate from IBEW/NECA's apprenticeship and worked as a journeyman wireman from 1993 to 1998.
