Merger - the consolidation of two or more adjacent campaigns into a single
campaign with one oversight body (LFCC) and one administrator (PCFO).
Coalition - a temporary alliance of two or more entities to create joint action on
an issue or set of issues. (Example: group of campaigns putting together a joint bid for brochure printing.)
Consortium - an agreement, combination, or group formed to undertake an
enterprise beyond the resources of any one member. (Example: a group of
campaigns pooling financial resources to hire a designer to create a CFC website
that contains a module allowing each campaign to adapt it to their local area.)
Partnership - a relationship existing between two or more entities contractually
associated as joint principles in a business. (Example: Campaign X outsourcing
the data entry of pledge cards to Campaign Z for a fee.)
User Group - group of entities providing feedback on the use of a product.
(Example: campaigns providing a software vendor with recommendations on
ways to make the produce more useful for CFC purposes.)
