This brownish colored species has complete maculation patterns, and is commonly 12-15 mm in length. This species is nearly always found in close association with a body of water. It is quite common on the sandy beaches of oceans, lakes, rivers and streams. This is a spring/fall species with a 1 or 2-year lifecycle.
