I am writing to voice my opinion for a total ban on open-field testing of all ““biopharm”” crops. We simply do not have the long-term data to determine if these crops are safe for humanity and the earth. At the very least, I strongly urge that guidance should be strengthened and made mandatory, and that greater distances, no less than 20 miles, should be required to isolate such
crops from the food supply.
I firmly believe, after much research, that escape and contamination from these crops could have serious health and environmental effects.
Please take our public concerns into consideration.
