Please take a moment and analyze the proposed " docket number 02N-0277".  I worked for Airline industry for over 23 years, since September 11 our industry has suffer tremendous changes, financial as well as human resource.  Our industry has many government regulatory agency, that keeps us in compliance.  Such agency has one of the highest measurement for Security as well Food Safety (FDA, FAA,EPA,TSA,).  

I believe is the this docket number will destroy our hopes for any survival in our industry, there is not different between us and a restaurant we both servicing to the public.  this decision needs to be consider closely or make modification that can be manageable to our industry.
