Press Response to Media Inquiries Re:
Death of British Citizen Neil Coulbeck in London, England

On June 13, 2002, British citizen Neil Coulbeck was interviewed in his attorney's office in Great Britain by investigators as part of the ENRON corporate fraud investigation. Mr. Coulbeck was considered a witness in the investigation and the interview that took place was voluntary. He was not considered a suspect in the investigation.

Mr. Coulbeck was one of hundreds of individuals who have been interviewed as part of this investigation. As in all interviews by FBI personnel in foreign countries, this interview was conducted with the cooperation and permission of British authorities.
