1. Miami: French National Indicted

Bernard Jean Temus was charged with conspiring to transport in interstate and foreign transport stolen works of art. Full Story

2. Atlanta: Home Depot Employee Pleads Guilty

Anthony M. Tevisch pled guilty to participating in a conspiracy to defraud Home Depot by taking kickbacks from vendors totaling over $2.5 million. Full Story

3. Chicago: Operation Board Games Nabs Physician

Dr. Robert J. Weinstein was indicted for defrauding a medical school and charitable organization as a result of Operation Board Games, an ongoing federal public corruption investigation of insider-dealing, influence peddling and kickbacks. Full Story

4. Chicago: Man Charged with Illegal Possession of Toxin

An undercover Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) member staged a controlled delivery and arrested Edward F. Bachner after Bachner took possession of the toxin. Full Story
