1.  Purpose.  To transmit notice of amendment to the Solicitation for Grant Applications (SGA) to fund Young Parent Demonstration Grants.

4.  Substance:  The Employment and Training Administration published a document in the Federal Register on October 3, 2008, announcing the availability of funds and solicitation for grant applications (SGA) to fund

Demonstration Projects. This notice is an amendment to the SGA and it amends the "Necessary Project Components'' sections.

5.  Action: Program administrators are requested to share this Information Alert with appropriate staff and other agencies.
