| 4/03/2009 - The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services announces that claimants who prefer to file their claims via our toll-free automated phone system, are encouraged to call Wednesday through Saturday, when the call volume tends to be lower.
Call center hours remain expanded from Wednesday through Saturday and claimants may file their unemployment claims by calling 1-877-OHIO-JOB (1-877-644-6562) toll-free during the following days and times: ODJFS has also established a separate phone line for claimants who need help resetting their PIN numbers or passwords. This number is 1-866-962-4064. | |||
