SUBJECT:     Request for Comments - Civil Rights Compliance reporting; OMB Number 1225-0077

PROGRAM(S):         Civil Rights Center

1.  Purpose.  To transmit a request for public comments on the extension of an existing Information Collection Request (ICR), concerning Civil Rights Center compliance reporting.

2.  References.   Federal Register, Vol. 69, No. 186, September 27, 2004, pp. 57736-57737; Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 [44 U.S.C. Chapter 35]; 29 CFR Parts 31, 32 and 37.
