Yes.

Is firewood cutting allowed?

What is the IFPL (Industrial Fire Precaution Level) Status

The current IFPL is at a Level I

Do other Forests and land management agencies have restrictions in place?

The Wallowa-Whitman and Malheur National Forests, in addition to the Oregon Dept. of Forestry (NE Oregon Regulated Closure) and the Washington Dept. of Natural Resources may have restrictions in effect.
