CM/ECF Help Desk:
While the electronic filing system has proven to be highly reliable and relatively easy to use, the Clerk’s Office has established a Help Desk at 1-800-355-8498 to assist if problems occur. The Help Desk is staffed weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (eastern standard time), and is available at all
other times to record voice mail messages. Assistance can also be obtained by calling the Clerk’s Office at any Court location. Also visit the Frequently Asked Questions page for additional information.
PACER Support
PACER is a nationwide system that provides Public Access to Court Electronic Records including, but not limited to, records in Court’s using the Case Management / Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system. Questions regarding establishing PACER User Accounts, the PACER Billing System and PACER fees should be directed to the PACER Service Center. PACER Service Center
