1. Portland: Imprisoned Spy and Son Indicted
Former C.I.A. spy, Harold James Nicholson and his son, Nathaniel James Nicholson, were charged with acting as Russian agents and money laundering. Full Story
2. Philadelphia: Two Judges Charged in Fraud Scheme
President Judge Mark A. Ciavarella and former President Judge Michael T. Conahan were charged with receiving more than $2.5 million in a wide-ranging fraud scheme. Full Story
3. New York: Four Sri Lankans Plead Guilty
Sathajhan Sarachandran, Sahilal Sabaratnam, Thiruthanikan Thanigasalam, and Nadarasa Yogarasa pled guilty to conspiring and attempting to provide material support to the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam, a designated foreign terrorist organization. Full Story
