"Revitalizing Mothballed Properties" focuses on the redevelopment of potentially contaminated properties that owners are unwilling or unable to transfer or put into productive reuse. These "mothballed" properties may cause blight, inhibit economic development and revitalization, and threaten public health and the environment. This report showcases a few examples of projects where stakeholders established effective partnerships to bring properties that were previously mothballed back into productive use.
