On October 30, 1990, a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, District of Nevada, after Harmon was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. In February and March of 2004, there were three separate reported sightings of Harmon, in and around gambling casinos in Arizona and California.
