Hartt joined the Committee staff in 1993. He began working as Manager, Legislative Affairs and Program Outreach in October 2002.
In addition to his current responsibilities as Communications Team Leader for the public affairs staff, his duties involve coordinating the agency’s response to Congressional inquiries, tracking legislation that may impact the AbilityOne Program and ensuring that members of Congress are well informed about the overall purpose and operations of the Program.
Prior to that he worked in business development and marketing for the agency.
Bob holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the George Washington University and spent 14 years in health services planning and medical group management prior to joining the Committee staff.
