If you can’t find the answer to your question please visit the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program FAQs or the FEHB website. If your answer isn’t there, please contact your Human Resources Office (HRO). If you do not know where your HRO is located or how to contact them, please ask your supervisor.
