Barry S. Lineback
Director, Program Operations
Barry S. Lineback is a Director of Program Operations in the Office of the Executive Director (OED). He assists the Committee, Executive Director, and Deputy Executive Director with developing and maintaining long-term strategic plans that are consistent with the mission of the AbilityOne Program. As a member of the OED, he completes special projects and supports the Executive Director in presenting issues before the Committee and securing decisions.
Prior to his current position, Barry served as an Operations Analyst on the Committee staff. In this position, his primary responsibility was oversight and administration of the Base Supply Center Program. Concurrently, he completed impact analyses, a major staff function necessary to ensure that the Committee has adequate data and information to determine the suitability of products and services recommended for addition to the Procurement List.
Barry received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History (1975), a Master of Military Arts and Science (1988), and served for 25 years as an officer in the United States Army prior to retirement in 2000.
