Eric O. Beale is the AbilityOne Program Liaison and Distribution Systems Specialist on the staff of the Committee for Purchase
From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled since February 1988.
After 10 years’ experience as an Operations Analyst with the Committee staff, in 1998, Beale was promoted to his current position. He conducts training for federal contracting officers/specialists on placing contracts under the AbilityOne Program and he provides training to federal purchase card holders on the proper use of their purchase card relative to the required sources. He also manages the commercial distribution program interacting with over 300 small businesses who are currently authorized to distribute AbilityOne products to federal customers.
