The victim's vehicle was discovered the following morning with blood stains in the rear passenger seat and blood splatter around the interior and exterior of the vehicle, and the victim's brother received ransom calls from the alleged kidnappers. On March 19, 2008, a grave site was located approximately 15 yards from De Oca's apartment in Moreno Valley, California, and the victim's body was discovered.
