Scars and Marks: Contreras has a tattoo with the words "In memoria de mi jefe El Alegre" on his stomach, the letters "PMR" on his chest, as well as other unknown tattoos.
Remarks: Contreras is a known member of a violent street gang. He has a long and violent criminal history, including more than 15 arrests for carrying a concealed weapon, felon in possession of a firearm, evading police, and possession of a controlled substance. Contreras is known to shave his head. He may be residing in Mexico.

CAUTION

Luis Moreno Contreras is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of his cousin on June 14, 2005, in Riverside, California. Contreras was on parole at the time of the murder. A state arrest warrant was issued in Riverside County, California, on July 5, 2005, after Contreras was charged with murder. He was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution and an arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, Central District of California, on September 1, 2005.
