Vision

When and how can I make changes to my coverage?

Answer:

You may make certain changes to your plan during Open Season or if you have specific Qualifying Life Events (QLEs) (i.e., death or birth of a dependent, marriage, etc.). 

Log into your account at www.BENEFEDS.com, to make changes to your coverage. Those without access to a computer can make changes to their coverage by phone at 1-877-888-FEDS (3337), TTY 1-877-889-5680.
