Brad Reeve is the General Manager/CEO of Kotzebue Electric Association Inc. He has been employed in that capacity since 1988.

Mr. Reeve has overseen the development of the first Alaska wind farm located above the Arctic Circle.  He implemented state and federal energy programs for the demonstration of the first utility grade wind turbines in the State of Alaska.  He was the Project Manager for the Kotzebue Wind Demonstration Project that continues to prove the cold weather and economic implications of wind energy in Alaska. 

He is currently the President of the - Alaska Power Association (APA). In addition he serves on the Board of Directors of the Utility Wind Interest Group; is a member of the Cooperative Research Council of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, is the Chairman of the NW Alaska - Boys and Girls Club, and is Vice President of Alaska Public Broadcasting Inc.
