Mr. Beltrami is a current Trustee on the Alaska Electrical Pension Trust Fund since 2005 and a former Trustee on the Alaska Electrical Health & Welfare Trust Fund. He also worked as a business representative for the IBEW from 1998-2003 and was statewide director of the Alaska Joint Electrical Apprenticeship and Training Trust from 2003 through 2006. Mr. Beltrami graduated from IBEW/NECA apprenticeship program and worked as a journeyman wireman from 1993-1998. He graduated in 1991 with a BA in Journalism & Public Communications from the University of Alaska, Anchorage. |
Vince Beltrami is the newly elected Executive President of Alaska AFL-CIO, taking over that job in February 2007. He was appointed as a Commissioner in March 2007.
