Electronic Case Filing:
The Court encourages electronic filing and all cases are to be electronically filed unless the parties are unable to use electronic filing. Counsel should acquaint themselves with the electronic filing procedures manual.
As a general rule, exhibits in excess of fifteen pages may be filed in hardcopy. Scanning of lengthly exhibits is not necessary.
