Objective:
Develop basic knowledge and understanding of the relationships between processing characteristics and the physical properties and chemical properties of shelled corn.

Approach:
Tests of several corn hybrids from multiple years will be conducted to determine physical and chemical composition and their relationship to processing characteristics.
