Robert W. Rack, Jr. is a graduate of John Carroll University and the University of Toledo College of Law. After eight years in Criminal Justice Planning, he started the Sixth Circuit's Mediation Office in 1981. He consults with state and federal courts on ADR and conducts mediation training nationally and internationally. He has been active in the Federal Bar Association, with the Ohio Supreme Court Committee on Dispute Resolution, and in the Collaborative Law movement.
Deborah N. Ginocchio, a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law, has served as a Circuit Mediator since 1987. Prior to joining the Sixth Circuit, she was a partner in a law firm in Cincinnati in the area of trial practice representing individuals and small businesses.
Roderick M. McFaull is a graduate of Loyola University Law School of New Orleans. He has served as a Circuit Mediator since 1992. Prior to joining the Sixth Circuit he practiced Maritime Law in New Orleans for over 10 years.
Mariann Yevin is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She has been a Circuit Mediator since 1999. During the previous 13 years she worked in the Office of General Counsel at the University of Cincinnati, in private practice, and with the Christian Conciliation Service of Cincinnati.
