HHS Secretary to Speak on Health Diplomacy at the University of Texas at Austin

October 20, 2008 – U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) Michael O. Leavitt will deliver an address entitled, "From the American People: Health Diplomacy and U.S. Foreign Policy," at the University of Texas (UT) at Austin on Thursday, October 30, 2008.  Sponsored by the the Center for Health and Social Policy and Robert S. Strauss Center for Security and International Law at the Lyndon Baines Johnson (LBJ) School of Public Affairs, the speech will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m., in the 10th floor atrium of the LBJ Library and Museum, at 2313 Red River Street, on the UT Austin campus.

 

The Secretary's remarks are open to the public.
