May 11, 2009 - Clifford Bart Dunbar, 48, of Austin was arrested over the weekend without incident by the U.S. Marshals in Grand Rapids, Mich. after Dunbar attempted to evade arrest by jumping out of a 3rd floor apartment window. A joint investigation by the Austin Police Department and the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force determined Dunbar was under investigation by Austin Police Department for his alleged involvement in a recent sexual assault.
