• At this year's conference, Labs21 signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Public Works and Government Services of Canada (PWGSC). The document solidifies PWGSC's commitment to sustainable solutions and energy efficient choices for laboratories wherever possible.
  
  
• In addition to the full agenda conference attendees participated in several open discussions to provide input and create dialogue on a variety of subjects.

2008 Go Beyond Award Winners

New to this year's conference were I²SL's Go Beyond Awards, which honored individuals, projects, or organizations that excel in their efforts to become more sustainable and "go beyond" requirements to achieve energy-efficiency.
