How do I register?
For the Leadership for a Democratic Society program, contact the registrar at 434-980-6200. For all other seminars, you may register using one of the following methods:
Register online: Browse our catalog or website. Once you’ve selected a seminar, go to the “Register Now” link on the main page, scroll until you find the seminar and date you wish to attend, and click on the apply icon. This will bring up the online registration application. Please complete and submit. In order to confirm registration, we must receive payment. The easiest payment method when registering on the web is by government purchase card. However, you may also fax a funded government training form to 304-870-8078.

Payment Methods
We accept only payments from Government organizations.
We accept:
- Government Purchase cards
- Funded Training forms, such as SF-182, DD-1556, etc.
- We must receive your tuition payment or billing paperwork in order to confirm your registration for the course.

What information is required if I use a funded government training form?
At a minimum, the following information is required:

How will I know my registration is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation by email by the customer service representative assigned to your agency.
Can I be placed on a waiting list for a seminar that is sold out?
Yes. Please contact your Customer Support Representative to inquire about this option.
What is the cancellation policy?
We do not offer refunds. However, requests for transfers to another date or seminar will be considered if the request is received in writing up to four weeks prior to the start of the seminar, if space is available in the new course, pre-course work can be completed on time, and the registrar can resell the space in the current course.
If I can’t attend, may a substitute attend in my place?
Yes. A request for a substitution for most seminars may be made up to one week prior to the beginning of a course and will be approved if pre-course work can be completed. Programs with assessments need greater lead time, so a substitution will be accepted only if there is adequate time to complete and score all assessments. To make a request, please contact the customer support representative for your agency.
