Hours
Although we operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, our normal "walk-in" business hours are from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you need to speak to an FBI representative at any time other than during normal business hours, please telephone our office at (915) 832-5000.

Directions

From the airport:

• Take I-10 West, through downtown, to Sunland Park Drive.
• Exit right and continue to the second light, Mesa Hills Drive.
• Turn right onto Mesa Hills (2nd stoplight) and proceed 0.4 miles.
• The El Paso Federal Justice Center is on the right, with parking in the front.
• The FBI lobby is on the third floor.

From Las Cruces, New Mexico:

• Take I-10 East to Sunland Park Drive.
• Exit right and turn left onto Sunland Park Drive at the stoplight.
• Turn right onto Mesa Hills (3rd stoplight) and proceed 0.4 miles.
• The El Paso Federal Justice Center is on the right, with parking in the front.
• The FBI lobby is on the third floor .

Satellite Offices
Along with our main office in El Paso, we also have a satellite office, or “resident agency,” in Midland, Texas.
