The National Center on Emergency Planning for People with Disabilities The Disability Preparedness Center The Disability Preparedness Center cooperates with federal, State and local agencies who are responsible for emergency planning and management including the Environmental Protection Agency, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Transportation, and other federal, State and local agencies. The Center is focused on helping ensure that all individuals, including people with disabilities are included in the development of and inclusion in plans for protection from both natural and man-made emergencies. |
