Proud-to-Be / Management Plan Agreement

The Department of Health and Human Services prepares an annual Proud-to-Be / Management Plan Agreement detailing goals the agency is pursuing under the President’s Management Agenda (PMA). This agreement incorporates the goals where the Department would be “proud to be” by the following year.
