- The USD(AT&L) has directed full implementation of the Central Repository System on all ACAT I programs. (USD(AT&L) Memo)
- The DoD continues to recognize and use the EVMS guidelines in ANSI/EIA-748 (USD(AT&L) Letter).
- An updated version of the EVM Implementation Guide (EVMIG) that refers to the EVMS Intent Guide is available on the DCMA website under EVM System Surveillance, Section 5, Develop Risk-Based Approach.
- DoD recognizes NDIA's Earned Value Management Systems Intent Guide (USD(AT&L) Letter).
- The EVM guidance in the Defense Acquisition Guidebook was updated November 2005 and is available for use. Please refer to Chapter 11, Section 11.3.
- The International Memorandum of Understanding between Canada, Australia, and the United States extending the agreement another 10 years has been signed.
